What supporters are saying:
Dear Editor,
On Tuesday, September 9, local voters will have the opportunity to vote for our next Representative to the Wisconsin State Assembly. Now, more than ever, we need a voice for positive change. We need a strong leader with a sense of community, someone who shares our values and understands our needs. Keith Ripp has all these qualities and more.
For three generations, the Ripp family has farmed in the Town of Dane. Keith Ripp and his wife, Lori have been married for 24 years and have three children. Beyond the time he spends with his family, Keith Ripp serves as a Town Supervisor, a coach for Lodi Youth Football and a Business Mentor for Waunakee High School students. His involvement in the Ag industry has helped to advance technology and research right here in our very own state.
With a struggling local economy, we need a State Representative who understands what it takes to creates jobs and Keith Ripp has created jobs in our district and in our state. He will put his small business experience to work for us. And his support of alternative energy incentives, expanding the use of alternative fuels, and the use-less approach to reducing our dependency on foreign oil should help to reduce gas prices and lower energy costs.
Finally, like many local families, Keith Ripp knows that we must make health care more affordable. While some will say it's time to turn over health care to the politicians in Madison, Keith's health care reform plan is based on the simple premise that health care decision-making belongs in the hands of patients and their health care providers.
Please join me in voting Keith Ripp for State Assembly on Tuesday, September 9. He's the right choice for the right change.
Sincerely,
Alan and Lyle Buchner
