Articles & Endorsements:
Dear Editor,
I'd like to sincerely thank the residents of the 47th Assembly District for selecting me as their next State Representative. I am humbled by the encouragement and support I have received from so many over the course of this campaign.
The trust you have placed in me is something I promise I will not take lightly. I will work everyday on your behalf to make the 47th Assembly District a better place to live, work, and retire. I will reach across the aisle to find solutions to our greatest challenges: a lagging economy, a high tax burden, and an education system in need of greater support.
I assure you I will make good on my promise to use my good common sense and strong work ethic to do what is right for us here, in the 47th Assembly District.
Sincerely,
Keith Ripp
Dane...Following today's conclusion of a week-long recount in the 47th Assembly District, Keith Ripp released the following statement:
"Today's recount results reaffirm the choice the voters of the 47th Assembly District made on election night.
I would like to express my deep appreciation for every clerk, poll worker, and board of canvass member who took hours and days out of their busy lives to volunteer their time on this recount and who also volunteer their time throughout the year to make sure that our election process runs smoothly and correctly. The outcome of today's recount proves that these people take their jobs very seriously and carefully counted each vote.
I look forward to serving the people of the 47th Assembly District as their next State Representative."
Keith Ripp likes to make it clear that although he is a Republican, he wants to work in the middle of the political road to get things done for the 47th Assembly District.
"Partisanship hurts people," he told the State Journal editorial board. "At the end of the day, have coffee or a beer, settle your differences and move on."... continue reading »

In the papers, we read about a lot of bad things happening in our world. Well, I would like to tell you about some good that happened last week. I was driving my truck pulling a flat-rack wagon along the road, when my wagon blew a tire. Now I was trying to fix it and it would have been a tough job to do it by myself, when a pick-up drives past me and turns around and stops. I look up from under the wagon and Keith Ripp and his boys are there offering to help me...continue reading »
